Apartments for rent in Gavirate, on Lake Varese

Residence Le Arcate offers fully-furnished apartments for rent on Lake Varese. Each of them is equipped with a kitchenette. We offer three types of apartments:
  • One-room apartments (max 2 p) starting from € 240.00 up to € 275.00 per week with discounts for long stays*
  • Two-room apartments (max 4 p) starting from € 300.00 up to € 370.00 per week with discounts for long stays*
  • Three-room apartments (max 4 p) starting from € 325.00 up to € 400.00 per week with discounts for long stays*
* For long stays, we require at least 4 consecutive weeks of overnight stays with payment of the first 3 weeks (the 4th being free).
End of stay cleaning obligatory.
The 4 x 3 DISCOUNT will be applied to all fourth weeks during the stay.

One, two and three-room apartments for rent

Residence Le Arcate in Gavirate offers apartments of various types for rent to meet the most diverse needs. The studios have a kitchenette with kitchenware, a TV, a safe, an iron and an ironing board. The equipment found in the two-room and three-room apartments are the same as the one-room apartments, plus a microwave oven.

Contractual accommodation conditions

The housing contract for apartments for rent provides for registration via an identity document and that the prices indicated on the rate list already include VAT according to the law (10%). Cancellations must take place with a minimum notice of one week from the check-out date, otherwise the entire weekly rate will be charged. We remind our guests that only small pets are allowed inside the apartments.

Rates include utilities (electricity/water/heating/air conditioning), change of bed and bath linen, use of kitchen equipped with dishes, TV, and receiving calls automatically. The use of the self-service laundry (coin-operated washers and dryers with detergents included), the WiFi Internet connection and the garage are optionally available.

Payment is intended as anticipated by one week with deposit, at least 2 weeks of deposit, and by credit card deposit with relative authorisation.
