The apartments are equipped with: an iron, an ironing board, a TV, and air conditioning/heating. The two-room and three-room apartments also have a microwave.

Gavirate is, in fact, the ideal starting point for relaxing strolls to discover the beauty of the Lombardy region. Bicycle lovers will be able to cross the famous bike path that surrounds the lake or go on pleasant excursions around the lakes of the area.

Services and residence rules
Residence Le Arcate in Gavirate provides its clients with optional services, including a possible parking spot in a private garage for a fee, and a self-service laundry service with washing machines and dryers. The minimum stay required is 7 nights and advantageous rates are offered to those who stay for longer periods (4 weeks). Only small pets are allowed. Payments are advanced via deposit, which is valid as a confirmatory deposit.
The apartments must be left by 10.00 am and check in takes place from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm (unless otherwise agreed upon).
